Training for the NSW Department of Housing Contact Centreover the last year has included the BEST Customer Service and BEST Leadership Development programs.
The Housing Contact Centre has been delighted with the delivery and results of this training.
The training content delivered was both relevant and pitched at the audience level. The facilitators provided by Progress Training Systems to deliver this training have always been highly skilled and very professional and have handled quite difficult participant matters with great personal care and integrity.
The training has been a key factor in an increased number of calls handled by Operators, the implementation of qualitative checks on operator delivery, the development and performance of the management team and in an increase in morale across the Contact Centre.

I was particularly astounded as the range of learning outcomes as reported by
each participant at the conclusion of the program. To hear that each person
has committed to something different obviously shows not only the vast scope
of areas for learning covered in the 2 days, but in addition that everyone
has ownership of something particular to them and that we all could relate

The Travel Corporation recently held the BEST Leadership Development Program aimed at designing, discussing and practicing the best possible leadership and management strategies for 25 current Team Leaders and Managers of differing experience. Professionally, the course led me to reassess my current form of management style and aim for more definition in the production of my day. Personally, I gained an enormous amount of positive energy and insight. I look forward to any future programs.
